Prep Work

Paint Application

A few important notes on our warranties: Greg Unseth Painting & Exteriors will transfer and honor the remainder of any labor warranty with the sale of your home, however all paint warranties from Sherwin Williams are non-transferable. There are also a few surfaces that may be excluded from warranty coverage, including decking, wood window frames, raised wood panel garage doors, and horizontal surfaces that require extra maintenance.
