Exterior Painting in Colorado Springs
Our Exterior Painting Process
A great paint job starts long before the first drop of paint hits the surface. Proper preparation is everything, and it’s where a lot of painting contractors cut corners. We don’t. Here’s what our exterior painting process looks like from start to finish:Prep Work
We power wash all painted and stained surfaces to remove dirt, debris, and any loose material. All loose and peeling paint is scraped and wire brushed before we move forward. A prime coat is applied by brush or roller to all bare wood surfaces and delaminated siding to ensure proper adhesion. We caulk all windows, doors, cracks, and joints with top of the line Elastomeric caulking, fill all nail holes, and re-nail any loose siding and trim. Every window, door, brick surface, stone, fixture, and piece of landscaping close to the home is carefully masked and covered before any paint is applied.Paint Application
We use only professional-grade Sherwin Williams products on every exterior painting project. Our team applies paint with precision and attention to detail, working efficiently without sacrificing quality. Every surface gets the coverage it needs for a finish that looks great and holds up against Colorado’s toughest weather conditions.Touch-Ups and Cleanup
Once the main application is complete, we do a thorough walkthrough to address any touch-ups needed. When we’re done, we clean up completely and leave your property looking better than when we arrived. Our goal is for you to be thrilled with the finished product, and we don’t consider a job done until you are.Exterior Painting Warranties

There are also a few surfaces that may be excluded from warranty coverage, including decking, wood window frames, raised wood panel garage doors, and horizontal surfaces that require extra maintenance. A professionally applied exterior paint job in Colorado Springs typically lasts between seven and ten years, depending on the products used, the quality of the preparation work, and your home's exposure to the elements. Colorado's high-altitude UV rays and extreme weather can accelerate wear, so regular inspections and touch-ups between full repaints can help extend the life of your paint job.
We use professional-grade Sherwin Williams products on every exterior painting project, including Duration, Resilience, and Super Paint depending on the warranty option you choose. These are among the best exterior paint products available and are specifically formulated to hold up in demanding climates like Colorado Springs.
